Financial Planning Process

Listening. Planning. Transforming.

We believe strong relationships are built on honest communication, transparent processes, deep expertise, and a long-term commitment to our clients’ success. We empower our clients to improve their financial lives using a comprehensive financial planning process that seeks to understand their unique situation and emphasizes their goals and objectives.

Below is a rough outline of the Financial Planning process at Polwrek Financial:

Discover

Every journey starts with a first step. Financial planning is a trust-based, collaborative relationship and this initial complementary* meeting helps determine whether we are a good fit to work together. We will learn more about you, your family, your values, your concerns, and your financial goals. We ask questions and listen closely.

Design

After the initial discovery meeting, our team will have a better understanding of your needs. We will need to collect additional information. After analyzing your financial picture and through ongoing collaboration, we will craft a comprehensive and custom-tailored financial plan.

Deliver

You will be given access to a digital and/or a printed financial plan. You will also have access to a personalized Client Portal (WealthVision) containing personalized financial planning insights, goal monitoring, and a consolidated snapshot of all your finances.

Dynamic

Life is constantly changing, and your goals will too. When new priorities lead you towards different approaches to wealth management and savings, we’ll be here to adapt your plan so it transitions along with you. Financial planning is a process, not a destination, so we're here to partner with you in your financial journey.
